We are still here! We have been keeping busy with activities. School is out for the summer, naps are not consistent, and I started some other time consuming projects. So here are some catch up photos.
I almost missed the cherry blossoms but took these pictures before they all fell down.
Liam has been busy building creator legos. At this point I think we have most of the new sets and a few retired sets. He is starting to make his own creations using the pieces too.
Emily loves being outside and riding bikes.
This spring Liam played soccer. He enjoyed it more this time around and we are already signed up for fall.
Playing kites in our backyard Easter morning. A family tradition from my childhood.
Happy Mother's Day. Our moms club had photos of the moms and kids taken.
A trip to the Baltimore Aquarium on Mother's Day
From inside the aquarium you could see dragon paddle boats. Emily really wanted to ride one so after the aquarium we went for a little boat ride. It was our first time riding one of the paddle boats and I was pleased no one (Liam) tried to jump out.
Liam building with bears.
Emily is growing fast. I think she might catch up to her brother by fall!
Our train table is becoming a lego table.
Practicing handwriting
Emily took a Mygym class. This was her graduation ceremony. She enjoyed the class and they are starting summer camp there soon.
Liam's last day of school. We will be back in the fall. Liam is doing a half day kindergarten program at his preschool. Emily will be in the 3 day program.
Liam's lego creation. I think this is a plane. Most of his creations are boats and planes that can rescue animals. He has been watching the Ocean Mysteries show and is very interested in sea life.
Emily practicing her letters. She knows the alphabet and is learning to write the letters.
Grandma Helen came to visit.
Emily and our neighbors dog. She loves dogs and babies and is so sweet and gentle with them.
Grandma Helen took us to Bethany Beach. We had fun chasing the waves and building/crashing sandcastles.
Emily is very coordinated and can do just about anything her big brother can.
Little boys love comics.
Funland at the beach. This little place was perfect for our rainy day. The kids had fun riding the rides.
Liam in the rocket garden. He is still interested in space, the earth, and how everything works.
Happy Father's Day Ryan!
I think this one is called manta plane.
Happy 3rd birthday to Emily
We had her birthday party at sweet frog with some of our moms club friends.
Grandma Smith came to visit for Emily's birthday. We had such a fun busy weekend celebrating Emily and a few friends birthdays too.
