Fearless

Yesterday Liam and I went to the baby pool. He was fearless and kept crawling to the deep end. I think he liked floating. He also had fun crawling out of the pool and jumping back in. Then I when I tried to take him down the water slide he was pushing me away and wanted to go it alone. I of course held on and went with him.

I am starting to think Liam needs motivation to walk. Around the house he gets around quickly on his hands and knees. So I took him and the push toy outside. Liam had so much fun walking down the sidewalk, up the driveway, and over to our neighbors house. I am also letting him walk only holding one of my hands instead of both. It is easier on my back and helping him balance.

We also attended a birthday party for our neighbor's daughter. Liam enjoyed playing with the big kid toys. He crawled on top of the rocking horse, and went up and down the slide. I think that means its time to go shopping again...
