Catching up

 Liam helping dad put together his new swing set.

 Playing pirate ship with the steering wheel. 

 Ryan brought Emily a camera back from his business trip to Japan.  Liam loves it!  He takes pictures of mommy and even brought it to a birthday party to take pictures.  Liam is doing a lot of imaginary play right now.  His trains have conversations just like my barbies used to! 

 Liam has a new interest in puzzles and has mastered all of his current ones.  He can put them together by himself in minutes.

 Emily's favorite word is DOG.  She talks about dogs all the time and was happy to play with Liam and her stuffed dog.

 We had a music jam session and had so much fun rocking that our guitar no longer works!  Liam was kicking his legs up and dancing while playing music, it was hilarious.

 We made muffins for our friends.  Liam is becoming a good baker.  He put all of the ingredients in the bowl, stirred them, and filled the muffin tray by himself.

 Playing outside in the playhouse.  Emily took her first independent steps Thursday.  She was standing next to the TV cabinet and let go, took a few steps then sat down.  I've only seen her do it a couple times this weekend so I haven't captured it on camera yet. 

We love this water table.  It was given to us for Liam's first birthday and now they both enjoy it.
